Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Experience: Experience in a sales development or lead generation role, preferably in the software services or technology industry.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
Proactivity: Highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and a passion for achieving targets.
Technical Aptitude: Ability to quickly learn and understand software services and solutions.
CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM software and lead generation tools.
Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and improve lead generation processes.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead Generation: Conduct research to identify potential customers and target accounts within the software services industry in the North American Market.
Outbound Outreach: Utilize various methods such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking to engage with prospects and generate interest in our services.
Qualify Leads: Assess and qualify leads based on defined criteria to ensure they align with our target customer profile.
Schedule Meetings: Set up meetings and appointments for the sales team with qualified leads, ensuring a smooth handoff of information.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and activities in our CRM system, knowledge of Dynamics CRM will be a plus
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine outreach strategies and messaging.
Follow-Up: Persistently follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the lead generation funnel.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics to management.
