As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to connect with both our valued existing customers and new prospects.

As an SDR at Zakka Canada, you’ll play a key role in growing our business by:

  • Engaging Existing Customers – Reach out to past and current customers to uncover new opportunities, re-orders, and upsells.
  • Prospecting New Leads – Identify and connect with businesses in retail, jewelry, hospitality, and specialty shops that could benefit from Zakka’s packaging solutions.
  • Qualifying Opportunities – Learn about customer needs, budgets, and timelines to position the right products.
  • Setting Meetings – Schedule qualified discovery calls, sample requests, or product demos for the sales team.
  • Following Up Strategically – Maintain consistent contact with leads and customers, keeping them engaged.
  • Leveraging Tools & Training – Use CRM, sales scripts, and proven strategies we provide to maximize your success.

The right candidate does not need to have sales experiene. What matters most is your mindset and attitude:

  • A success and growth mindset — hungry to learn and evolve.
  • Strong communicator with excellent listening and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable reaching out to both new prospects and existing accounts.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven.
  • Bonus (not required): Any experience in packaging, wholesale, or B2B product sales.
