Job Description:

  • Candidate will be the first point of contact for prospective clients and responsible for identifying, qualifying, and developing new business opportunities through proactive outbound prospecting (email, LinkedIn, video, phone)
  • Extensive focus on outbound prospecting to generate top-of- funnel sales-ready meetings for the field sales team. Primary target market is North America
  • Fully immerse in the account strategy and drive consistent efforts to penetrate decision makers within target accounts and uncover opportunities
  • Leverage prospecting tools and information available to create personalized messages tailored to meet the needs of the prospect and organizations
  • For all industry events and trade shows – extensive lead generation and engagement activities to maximize attendees and nurture relationships
  • Utilize our broad set of tools to log and manage leads and prospecting activities in CRM. Candidates need to be hands on with Teck stacks like – Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoom Info, Sales Navigator, Salesloft, and other sales-related tools.
  • This is high pressure numbers game and there will be weekly/monthly and quarterly targets candidates will be measured and monitored

Skill Sets:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (sales, marketing, business, international business, economics, etc.)
  • Tech-savvy and prior experience working as BDR, SDR or Inside Sales is a must. Experience in BPO industry will be an added advantage
  • Ability to work on building and managing lead lists with the help of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoom Info, etc
  • Skilled in managing and tracking all outbound communication through structured cadences and sequences, ensuring consistent follow-ups and no lapses in engagement
  • Self-starters, with a solution-oriented, growth mindset, and strong sense of urgency
  • Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills
  • A positive can-do attitude (bring 110% effort each day!
