The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for working with sales teams and marketing in identifying, assessing and prospecting new customers. This individual will research and cultivate prospects, initiate prospect calls and accelerate the sales process. The SDR'S will represent Equifax to our prospects in a positive and professional manner by initiating telephone communication with prospects. What you will do Research leads to determine key stakeholders and C-level executives to engage Partner with Business Development Managers and Account Executives/Account Managers to cultivate and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet revenue targets Engage the appropriate stage resources (SME & Sales Leadership) to move the prospect through the buying stages Qualify opportunity and assess requirements for account manager involvement Attend sales team meetings to discuss progress with opportunities to include prospect information, successes and difficulties Attain key target metrics Provide reporting as requested by Sales Leaders Use CRM to capture information regarding leads as well as facilitate lead flow to others in the pipeline What experience you need Minimum of 1+ years of sales/lead generation experience Strong understanding of commercial data and solutions highly preferred Outstanding communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders Sales experience in financial and non-financial industries such as telecommunications, automotive, banking, credit unions and business services industries Demonstrate a track record of success working with senior executive level clients Excellent consultative selling phone skills Passion for growing business and ability to thrive in a fast paced environment The Perks of being a Equifax Employee?
