Description

Yapily is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. As an SDR at Yapily, you will play a crucial role in acquiring new customers and driving business growth within the UK region.

REQUIREMENTS

The successful SDR will be responsible for outbound outreach, with a focus on generating, educating, and nurturing leads, before finally, converting them into qualified sales opportunities. They would also be tasked with qualifying inbound leads to assess their fit and potential, ensuring a smooth handover to the sales team.
This role is often the first touch point in the buyer journey and has the potential to set the tone for the rest of the sales cycle, it is therefore essential that the SDR’s have strong interpersonal and communication skills across a variety of mediums; email, social media, telephone etc.
The SDR will also be expected to work in tight collaboration with Account Executives, growing their pipeline so Yapily can achieve the revenue stream necessary for continued hyper-growth. Successful SDR’s build strong internal relationships with product, marketing, and the wider team to help ensure we are prepared to best represent Yapily externally.
