POSITION SUMMARY

Accelerate Learning is looking for a dynamic Sales Development Specialist to drive the success of our Math Nation and STEMscopes sub-brands through strategic training and development initiatives. This individual will be the go-to expert for equipping our sales, consultant and professional development teams with the tools, knowledge, and skills to effectively position, sell, and train Math Nation and STEMscopes and their subgroup of products. You will also collaborate closely cross-departmentally to ensure internal alignment and readiness to support customer implementation and success.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about K–12 education, loves training and coaching, and thrives on building and delivering engaging, high-impact content. This role is instrumental in driving training effectiveness and promoting cross-departmental alignment across the Sales team. The Sales Development Specialist is responsible for designing and delivering impactful training programs, managing internal communication channels, and supporting the overall development and performance of the Sales team.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales development, curriculum sales, or professional development within K–12 education, preferably in Math.
  • Strong knowledge of math instruction and digital curriculum solutions.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to distill complex information into clear, actionable training.
  • Proficiency with sales development platforms (e.g., ClearSlide, Seismic), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Canva).
  • Experience facilitating live and virtual trainings with confidence and energy.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-departmentally with sales, product, and PD teams.
  • Must be able to travel 25%

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Prior experience with Math Nation and STEMscopes, or in supporting digital supplemental math products.
  • Experience supporting inside and field sales teams across multiple regions.
  • Background in teaching or instructional coaching a plus
