ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you equal parts sales-savvy and operations-minded? We’re looking for a Sales Development Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves being a critical component of the engine powering a high-performing sales team.
In this on-site/hybrid role, you’ll drive inside sales activities and support our field sales team – from generating qualified leads to managing CRM data, crafting proposals, and keeping the sales process moving seamlessly.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead Generation: Prospect via phone/email, qualify leads, and schedule meetings for our Field Sales Team
• Territory Research: Identify high-potential industries and decision-makers using LinkedIn, directories, ZoomInfo, CRM, and related tools
• CRM & Reporting: Maintain clean, accurate CRM data and produce reports that drive strategy
• Sales Support: Assist with proposals, follow-ups, internal coordination, and light admin tasks
• Team Collaboration: Act as the connective tissue between Sales, Marketing, Operations, and the Executive Team
