POSITION SUMMARY This role is a strategic opportunity identifier and developer. The core mission is to identify and qualify high-potential prospects through professional and strategic customer engagement. Converting initial interest into qualified opportunities and laying a solid foundation for our long term business. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Enhance market visibility through proactively engaging potential customers based on multi-channel approach, including cold calls, door-to-door visits, personalized emails, and social media. Respond to and follow up on inbound leads in a timely manner and deeply understand prospect's business needs, struggles, budget, and decision-making process. Schedule in-depth meetings to dig out our participation opportunity and go with sample evaluation to drive technical win. Convert technical win into commercial win through opportunity follow-up and both internal and external collaboration to achieve business goals. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in system (SFDC, Molecule 360, etc.) Track important metrics and continuously refine approach based on data-driven insights. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor/Master's degree or equivalent. 3-5 years of commercial experience in Bioprocessing industry. Previous experience in a related role such as sales development or technical sales. A goal-oriented mindset and a hunger for success; intrinsically motivated to meet and exceed targets. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively. Strong resilience and mental fortitude; see rejection as a learning opportunity rather than a setback. Highly self-disciplined and process-oriented, can manage time effectively and execute daily tasks with consistency. High coachability, a strong sense of curiosity, and a love for learning new things.
