We’re seeking a dynamic Sales & Soft Skills Trainer to design and deliver impactful training programs across our retail teams. You’ll enhance sales performance, elevate customer experience, and support staff development through engaging workshops and continuous learning initiatives. Key Responsibilities: • Design and deliver sales, customer service, and product knowledge training. • Assess training needs and evaluate program effectiveness. • Support onboarding for new hires and continuous development for current staff. • Keep training content up to date with new products and market trends. • Collaborate with managers to ensure learning goals align with business targets.
