Description
Your responsibilities will include: Develop and execute a national sales training strategy for Interventional Solutions, aligned with evolving salesforce needs and new clinical therapies (e.g., IVL, IHF, RDN). Develop a variety of training assets such as presentations, e-learning modules, sales playbooks, and role-play scenarios. Facilitate in-person workshops, sales simulations, and field coaching sessions. Ensure all training programs align with regulatory and corporate compliance standards, including FDA, ISO, and HIPAA requirements. Support territory-level analysis and improvements through post-training performance data. Bachelor's degree Minimum of 5 years' experience in medical device or healthcare sales Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales training, enablement, or leadership roles Strong understanding of the medical device regulatory landscape and healthcare sales cycles Proficiency in LMS platforms (e.g., ALM), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and SharePoint Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Professional in Training Management) Proven ability to facilitate impactful learning experiences in both virtual and in-person settings Experience designing and scaling national-level training initiatives Ability to translate complex clinical concepts into digestible sales strategies Strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder collaboration skills
