ABOUT

We’re a small but growing business with two shops and a friendly, close-knit team. Our focus is on delivering great customer experiences while building our B2B presence. We’re now looking for a versatile and energetic team member to support both on the shop floor and behind the scenes with digital marketing and admin tasks.
This is a hybrid role — part customer service, part digital support — ideal for someone who enjoys variety, likes learning new skills, and wants to grow with the company.

IN THE SHOP (APPROX. 40% OF THE ROLE):

• Welcoming and assisting customers with purchases and enquiries, customer relationship management
• Keeping the shop floor tidy, stocked, and well-presented
• Supporting team members on the shop floor — we’re a friendly, energetic bunch (including Lewis, who always keeps the team laughing!)

BEHIND THE SCENES (APPROX. 60% OF THE ROLE):

• Supporting digital marketing: newsletters, product listings, website updates and building landing pages
• Assisting with lead research and customer communications
• Helping with day-to-day admin tasks and system updates
• Learning and contributing to our online growth strategy with digital marketing and B2B sales
