We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Programs Manager to drive growth by helping to shape our regional Digital strategy, fostering relationships with strategic customers and partners, and supporting consumer channel business development activities. DESCRIPTION Digital Strategy: Support in implementing and managing the South Asia Channel Digital Strategy, working in close collaboration with regional Channel teams and WW Digital teams. Market Analysis & Opportunity Identification: Continuously study market trends, partner capabilities, performance metrics, and customer insights to identify areas for optimization, new online growth opportunities, and emerging digital trends. Key Account Management: Partner with regional account managers in the strategic management of key accounts on Marketplace platforms. This includes driving digital sales programs and sell-in to partners, Program and offer negotiation, Operational optimisation Digital Reporting & Analytics: Develop and manage regional digital reporting, reviews, and planning processes. Analyze data insights, digital KPIs, and digital CX monitoring results to determine appropriate forward actions and strategic adjustments. Innovation & Business Development: Contribute and drive strategic innovation for regional projects supporting the broader consumer channel, with a focus outside of strictly the Digital channel Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Global and Regional stakeholders in Marketing, Sales, Product, and Operations teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of digital programs. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Strong business acumen, excellent analytical & business modelling skills. Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to systematically apply structure and create frameworks to govern the business Highly collaborative and effective at navigating ambiguity. High proficiency in Keynote, and Excel/Numbers. Proficient in spoken and written English. 10+ years of experience in sales strategy, business development, eCommerce or a related field Bachelor’s degree required. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS In depth experience in eCommerce across digital channels, Marketplaces, traditional online retailers and social commerce Experience in working with resellers managing Digital programs Proven experience succeeding in complex, matrix and cross-functional projects Experience setting, managing and reporting against multi-year plans, budgets, KPIs, milestones, roadmaps, etc. Deeply data driven with proven analytical and numerical prowess; versed in site analytics and proficient in analysing data for decision making Experience overseeing program roadmaps; high attention to detail Ability to inspire, influence and collaborate across many functions and levels of the organisation Ability to communicate in a clear and effective manner to key partners and leadership teams to influence the overall digital strategy and program development Demonstrated organisational skills, ability to prioritise tasks and manage time efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
