Responsibilities Assist in the execution of IT Applications and digitalization initiatives in the Sales & Marketing functions to help deliver tasks on schedule. Support daily operation of Sales & Marketing applications by resolving incidents, troubleshooting issues, and escalating problems as needed. Evaluate the completeness and accuracy of business process documentation, user guides, and training materials for Sales & Marketing applications. Monitor the performance and usage of Sales & Marketing digital tools, and report findings or issues to the Section Manager. Evaluate data accuracy and completeness by performing data quality checks in Sales systems under guidance. Coordinate with main IT vendors related to Sales & Distribution applications, and ensure they perform the work according to agreed SOW and service level.  Collaborate with the Data Governance team to ensure data quality and compliance within finance and accounting systems. Maintain good communication and relationship with user to meet expected user service level. Collect and compile user requirements or feedback to support enhancements of Sales & Marketing digital applications.   Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years experience in SAP SD implementation and support. Hands-on configuration expertise in core SD functionalities: pricing, billing, order processing, shipping, and delivery. Working knowledge or project experience in SAP Transportation Management (TM). Strong understanding of integration between SD and other modules (e.g., MM, FI, TM). Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a strong plus. Ability to learn quickly, adapt to evolving requirements, and deliver results in a dynamic environment. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
