If you’re ready for your work to matter, we’re ready to hear from you! We’re currently growing our team of Artisans with a Sales Director. This Sales Leadership position is the primary Sales manager of ReNu. This person will be responsible for the achievement of sales goals and leading a team to accomplish these goals. Servant leadership, recruitment, and development will be key components of this position. A thorough understanding of consultative sales combined with competitive urgency and technical acumen of the clients’ processes we serve make this position a great fit for those who thrive on exceeding expectations while exemplifying RTI’s Mission and Core Behaviors. Requirements Duties & Responsibilities Individually contribute to the sales goals by actively building relationships with clients, leveraging existing networks, and clearly communicate ReNu’s value. Develop and maintain excellent relationships with various levels of client personnel who control decisions to use ReNu. Create all pricing strategies to scale the business and meet long term goals in North America industries regions; Minimum corporate pricing targets must be achieved. Develop Client Corporate sales strategies to win at each brand. Build a technical sales strategy that delivers clear benefit translation that turns into strong client retention percentages. Support new Industry expansion such as Power, SAGD, LNG, Midstream, etc. Secure client purchase orders and manage timely invoicing for all project deployments. Handle any accounts receivable, delay fee or holiday fee issues in the territory. Schedule and lead all sales and conference presentations, working to position ReNu as a preferred vendor and industry leader in our space. Supervisory Responsibilities This position will have direct reports that require oversight and leadership in addition to a base business of accounts that must be served. Model ReNu behaviors and processes to RTI/ReNu Artisans and clients. Train and develop these behaviors to direct reports and other Artisans. Become responsible for all outgoing sales documents such as RFQs, proposals, presentations, case studies, technical reports, etc. Participate in coaching trips, conferences, and team meetings. Report region sales numbers to ReNu leadership on a regular cadence. Recruit and hire for sales and technical positions. Participate in Supervisory development activities. Minimum Qualifications 10+ years of industrial sales experience with direct reports. Basic communication skills required include excellent grammar, spelling, enunciation, brevity and confidence in a group presentation setting. Experience in consultative sales combined with strong presentation skills is a basic requirement. This position also requires a strong desire to build new relationships with multiple levels of personnel; thus cold calling experience is desired. Additional or Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of Refinery or Chemical Plant processes is a strategic advantage. Working Conditions / Physical Demands This job requires in-plant meetings and also walk-arounds in the refinery / plant setting. Travel Requirements This position may require up to 60 overnights per year.
