QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Proven experience in digital ad sales with a track record of success in selling to clients
  • Stablished relationships within the UK market;
  • Understanding the programmatic ecosystem is required
  • Media and communication experience is essential.
  • Consultative selling approach
  • Strong relationship-building skills within brands and agencies.
  • Enthusiastic about the fundamentals of sales, adept at measuring effectiveness, and comfortable engaging with potential clients.
  • Ability to thrive in a startup team environment, embracing change and autonomy.
  • Excellent presentation skills with confidence in executive-level interactions.
Responsibilities
  • Build awareness and adoption of Adlook branding solutions with advertisers and agencies through client presentations, conference attendance, and direct sales efforts.
  • Drive new business in the UK
  • Engage with senior advertiser executives to drive deal growth,
  • Identify and prioritise efforts to connect with key decision-makers across large corporate advertisers and media agencies as a subject matter expert in the marketplace, educating businesses about Adlook offerings and staying informed about industry trends.
