This is a pivotal leadership role where your experience in one-call close environments will directly impact revenue, culture, and team performance. Now, as we scale into new markets and elevate our performance standards, we’re looking for a Sales Director who can develop top talent and drive sustained excellence. What You’ll Do Oversee onboarding and training for all new sales hires across the region Collaborate closely with Sales Managers and Sales Trainers to ensure consistent delivery of our proven 10-step sales system Monitor and improve performance through field observation, live coaching, and ongoing development Analyze team metrics to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for individual and group improvement Support company-wide sales initiatives, including contests, events, and performance benchmarks Work hand-in-hand with the General Manager to shape and execute sales strategies that fuel our continued growth Who You Are A confident sales leader with a minimum of 5+ years of in-home sales experience in the home improvement space A one-call close expert who understands the psychology of the sale and the importance of process A team builder with a passion for coaching, development, and accountability A strong communicator who can earn trust and respect across all levels of the sales organization Self-directed and performance-minded, with a high sense of ownership and urgency What You’ll Get Full-Time Leadership Role with direct influence on revenue growth and team development $150k-$250k (base salary+ lucrative monthly bonuses) W2 Employment with base salary + performance-based bonus structure Health, Dental, and Vision benefits after 90 days Company Vehicle and travel reimbursement for field days (if applicable) Opportunities for Advancement as we expand into new markets The chance to be part of a family-owned company with 40+ years of success — and a people-first culture that rewards hustle and heart.
