THE CANDIDATE:

We are seeking an experienced and driven UK Sales Director to join our dynamic and diverse organisation, operating within a fast-paced environment with significant room to expand and enhance our current offerings. With a broad geographical reach and a bold growth agenda, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact on the business. The successful candidate will be experienced in analysing market trends, developing strategic plans and effectively utilising Salesforce to enhance sales performance. Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategy: Design and implement a comprehensive sales plan to achieve or exceed revenue and profit targets for the UK business, with a focus on driving growth across the full range of product groups and services offered.
  • Lead and Inspire the Sales Team: Motivate, manage, and develop the sales team, fostering engagement and ensuring adherence to company standards and targets while driving the team to exceed objectives.
  • Collaborate with Product Management & Marketing: Partner with the Global Product Management and Marketing Team to align sales and marketing strategies, driving brand awareness and ensuring effective promotion of our complete range.
  • Monitor and Optimise Performance: Regularly review sales performance, using data-driven insights to identify improvement opportunities and adjust strategies to maximise results.
  • Thrive in a Fast-Paced Environment: Manage multiple priorities with a high level of motivation and target-driven focus, demonstrating the ability to adapt and excel in a dynamic and competitive landscape.
