1、JOB SUMMARY:

The Senior Sales Manager will lead the sales function, driving revenue growth, developing and executing strategic sales plans, and fostering strong relationships with clients and partners. This position requires exceptional leadership skills, market insight, and the ability to inspire and manage a high-performing sales team.

3、KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

· Work experience: A minimum of 5 years of work experience in the automotive industry, with a background in technical sales or business development. Familiarity with the technological trends in the automotive industry (such as electrification, autonomous driving, Internet of Vehicles, software - defined vehicles, etc.).
· Technical Competence: Good knowledge of automotive electronics, embedded systems, software development, or related technologies. Or familiar with functional safety standards such as AUTOSAR and ISO 26262.
· Business Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer management skills.
· Language Skills: Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken).
· Other Requirements: Strong analytical and problem - solving abilities. Willing to travel frequently.
Currently 100% home office, in the future, 1-2 days home office/week.
