£85,000 base + £6,000 car allowance + generous performance bonuses (OTE: £130,000+)
Are you a driven sales leader with a passion for high-end wellness, fitness, and luxury hospitality? Do you excel at working with architects, designers, and developers at the design, installation, refurbishment, or retrofit stage?
Our client, an innovator in smart cold-water therapy, is seeking a Sales Director to drive UK expansion, build and lead a high-performance sales team, and position their luxury wellness products as the gold standard in spas, hotels, and fitness centres.

Responsibilities
  • Drive New Business as an Individual Contributor (Hunter Mindset)
  • Initially, take a hands-on sales approach, winning key accounts and closing deals.
  • Develop & Execute a High-Growth Sales Strategy
  • Targeting luxury hotels, spas, resorts, gyms, wellness retreats, and high-end property developers.
  • Engage Decision-Makers Early
  • Work closely with architects, designers, and developers to specify and integrate wellness solutions at the design, refurbishment, or retrofit stages.
  • Build a Strong Sales Pipeline
  • Secure both immediate retrofit projects and long-term, high-value contracts.
  • Recruit, Lead & Mentor a Sales Team -After proving success as an individual contributor, develop the internal sales team and recruit an external sales force to accelerate expansion.
  • Expand into International Markets - After strong UK growth, spearhead expansion into EMEA, APAC, and other global regions.
  • Work Closely with Marketing - Align sales and marketing strategies to generate high-value leads and project-based sales opportunities.
