As the Director of Customer Acquisition for Asia Pacific, you are responsible for our Sales Development and Account Executive teams in our Sydney office. This role involves working globally to craft and execute sales strategy, lead high-performing teams, and work closely with Marketing and Customer Success teams to ensure that our Sales Development Representatives and Account Executives reach their sales targets. Your responsibility is to optimise sales processes and tactics to achieve and exceed our revenue targets. You will also serve as a key member of the functional global sales leadership team, contributing to overall business strategy and decision-making processes.
