POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a high-performing Sales Director – Cybersecurity Sales to lead and scale our cybersecurity sales strategy across key markets. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in enterprise-level cybersecurity solutions, possess strong C-suite relationships, and have a proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals. This is a strategic, quota-carrying role focused on driving revenue growth, building partnerships, and expanding market presence.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience: 10+ years in B2B enterprise sales, with at least 5+ years in cybersecurity solution selling.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies like SOC, SIEM, EDR, IAM, DLP, Zero Trust, etc.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting/exceeding sales targets and growing strategic accounts.
  • Client Engagement: Experience in consultative selling to enterprise clients across industries such as BFSI, Healthcare, IT/ITES, and Manufacturing.
  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to engage with technical and business stakeholders, including C-level executives.
  • Communication: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Tools: Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), sales tools, and reporting dashboards.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Existing relationships with CISOs, CIOs, or IT heads in mid-large enterprises.
  • Exposure to global cybersecurity frameworks like NIST, ISO 27001, or GDPR.
  • Technical certifications or foundational understanding in cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Sales Leadership: Lead end-to-end sales cycles for cybersecurity solutions including threat detection, SIEM, endpoint protection, and managed security services.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, territory plans, and sales forecasts aligned with business goals.
  • Pipeline Development: Drive pipeline generation through outbound efforts, marketing collaboration, and partner channels.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key enterprise customers and decision-makers (CISOs, CIOs, IT Heads).
  • Team Management: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team (if applicable).
  • Partnerships & Alliances: Leverage relationships with OEMs, MSSPs, and cybersecurity partners to drive co-sell opportunities.
  • Revenue Ownership: Own and exceed quarterly/annual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay current on cybersecurity trends, emerging threats, and competitor landscape.
