We're looking for a Sales Director - Distributors EMEA to join the team in Europe. You will be responsible for leading and driving growth across Sea to Summit’s distributor markets within the EMEA region. This role will build and execute strategic sales plans with our network of distributors to ensure sustainable growth aligned with Sea to Summit’s commercial objectives. The role collaborates cross functionally with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure alignment and execution of sales initiatives that are market relevant and consumer right. The role also includes the ongoing engagement, development, and performance management of key distributor relationships across multiple markets, ensuring each partner has the tools, support, and strategic direction to successfully grow the brand. Job Description Build and execute annual sales strategies across global distributor markets, owning revenue and margin targets Develop strong distributor partnerships, overseeing contracts, compliance and commercial terms Provide sales forecasting inputs to support demand planning accuracy Lead and support a high-performing distributor sales function across regions Identify and plan for new market, channel and geographic expansion opportunities Lead distributor business reviews to track performance and align on goals Champion digital B2B tools to drive efficiency across the sales process Monitor inventory levels and coordinate promotional or clearance activity as needed Deliver regular sales performance reports and forecasts to senior leadership Qualifications Tertiary qualifications in Business or related desirable Minimum 8 years in a commercial leadership position, ideally within the outdoor or sporting goods industry Proven experience managing distributors across multiple markets, ideally multi - country within EMEA Strong commercial acumen, with a track record of delivering sales and margin growth through distributor partners Solid interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships across diverse cultures, market s and internal stakeholders Good knowledge of the outdoor or sporting goods industry and its distributor route to market dynamics Additional Information Flexible location within EMEA with travels to Bielefeld on a regular basis Outdoor background and experience dealing with Distributors a must Commercial acumen and good interpersonal skills (having to deal with 15+ different markets) A genuinely good team, in a business where people enjoy the work and the people they work with Generous staff discount on the gear (and the gear is good) The chance to be part of a global outdoor brand that's growing internationally Sea to Summit is an equal opportunity employer.
