In this role, you will become a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, guiding them through complex procurement cycles that include RFPs, compliance requirements, and multi-layered decision-making. The Dream-Maker Responsibilities Lead end-to-end global sales processes with government agencies and large enterprises. Act as a trusted advisor, building deep relationships with senior decision-makers and influencers. Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles including tenders, RFPs, compliance, and procurement. Navigate political and bureaucratic environments with tact and strategic understanding. Maintain sales momentum throughout long and sophisticated deal cycles. Collaborate closely with Dream’s leadership, product, and technical teams to align solutions with customer needs. The Dream Skill Set Proven experience in leading global sales processes with governments or large enterprises. Track record of closing large, multi-million-dollar, multi-year deals. Ability to manage complex, long sales cycles with multiple internal and external stakeholders. Strong understanding of RFPs, tenders, and compliance-driven processes. Curiosity, fast learning ability, and professional intelligence to master Dream’s AI-driven cybersecurity domain. Passion for cybersecurity, national defense, and protecting critical infrastructure.
