We are looking for a Sales Manager for Eastern Europe with experience in Defense and/or Homeland Security (HLS) to drive growth, establish strategic partnerships, and expand Sentrycs’ footprint across the region. Key Responsibilities · Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets within Defense, HLS, and multidisciplinary security markets. · Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage distributors, system integrators, and strategic partners in your territory. · Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, end users, and decision-makers in governmental and commercial organizations. · Own and manage the full sales cycle, from opportunity identification through contract negotiation and closure. · Maintain a strong and accurate sales pipeline and forecast. · Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitive landscapes to identify new business opportunities. · Work closely with Pre-Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure seamless customer engagement. · Provide regular pipeline, forecast, and activity reports to senior management. Requirements · 3+ years of experience in sales within the Defense, Homeland Security, or related security markets. · Fluent English and Russian (spoken and written). · Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. · Proven ability to build long-term relationships with partners and customers. · Willingness to travel up to 50%. Nice to Have · Background in military, law enforcement, or governmental security organizations (e.g. former Armed Forces, Police, Border Guard, or Security Services). · Technical background or strong technical affinity, ideally related to UAS, counter-UAS, RF, sensors, or defense technologies. · Experience working with international partners, distributors, and public-sector procurement processes. Responsibilities
The Sales Director will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet revenue targets within the Defense, HLS, and security markets, while also identifying, recruiting, and managing strategic partners and distributors across Eastern Europe.
