THE SKILLS YOU WILL BRING

  • Proven experience leading B2B sales team(s).
  • Experience in the automation, manufacturing, or software industries.
  • Strong organizational and operational skills, with the ability to turn ideas into executable plans.
  • Ability to define sales targets, track KPIs, and adjust strategies to meet objectives.
  • Proven experience and passion for coaching and mentoring – inspiring your team to perform and grow.
  • Experience in international sales, particularly across EMEA and APAC regions.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
  • Readiness and willingness to travel internationally for work.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Sales Team Lead to drive our EMEA and APAC regional growth. The ideal candidate is a structured and experienced sales leader with a proven ability to scale sales, implement clear processes, coach their team, and set goals and drive results based on the company strategy. In this position, you report to the Head of Global Sales, and you will work closely with our sales team, simulation experts, marketing, and other teams and our partners.
