The Opportunity
You’ll take the helm of a high-performing sales organization and drive strategic sales initiatives across both project and wholesale channels. Working closely with senior stakeholders including the CCO, Supply Chain, and Sales Ops, you’ll bring together insight, execution, and leadership to capture long-term market value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a robust regional sales strategy aligned with global business direction
  • Identify and respond to geo-political, macroeconomic and development trends shaping the market
  • Lead and inspire a team of Sales Managers, KAMs, and Project Sales Managers
  • Act as a commercial ambassador, nurturing long-term partnerships with strategic accounts
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on business planning, operations, and financial performance
  • Own the delivery of KPIs across revenue, margin, and operational efficiency
  • Support organizational transformation and future-proofing of the sales function
