SALES DIRECTOR, FAMILY OFFICE

Farro Capital is a multi-family office dedicated to providing sophisticated wealth management, investment, and legacy planning solutions to ultra-high-net-worth families in Singapore and across Asia. We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Sales Director to join our team and drive the expansion of our client base.
This is a senior and highly visible role that requires a strategic mindset, a strong network within the private wealth community, and a proven track record of converting leads into long-term client relationships.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience: At least 8-10 years of experience in a client-facing role within private banking, wealth management, or a multi-family office.
  • Network: A strong, demonstrable network of UHNW individuals, C-suite executives, and family office principals in Singapore and the broader APAC region.
  • Sales Acumen: A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and growing a client portfolio from scratch.
  • Domain Knowledge: A solid understanding of global financial markets, alternative investments, and complex wealth structuring solutions.
  • Communication: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Compliance: A deep understanding of and strict adherence to MAS regulations and compliance protocols.
Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Actively identify, source, and acquire new ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients and family office mandates by leveraging your existing network and through targeted outreach.
  • Strategic Sales: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve ambitious client acquisition and revenue growth targets.
  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture trusted, long-term relationships with clients by deeply understanding their financial goals, risk tolerance, and legacy aspirations.
  • Product Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert on our full suite of services, including private market investments, wealth planning, philanthropy, and family governance.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed on market trends, competitive offerings, and regulatory changes to identify new opportunities and position our services effectively.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our investment, legal, and operational teams to ensure a seamless and world-class client experience.
