REQUIREMENTS

  • 15+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with at least 5+ years in Financial Services Technology (Banking & Insurance).
  • Proven track record of winning and managing large, complex deals across multiple Southeast Asian markets.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in building and scaling regional sales teams.
  • Deep understanding of digital transformation solutions (AI, CRM, Core Banking, Insurance platforms, SaaS/subscription models).
  • Based in Singapore with willingness to travel extensively across APAC.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Director to lead sales growth and client engagement across Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services technology, a proven ability to close complex enterprise deals and experience managing high-performing sales teams. This is a senior role with responsibility for driving revenue, building strategic partnerships and expanding market presence in the Banking and Insurance sectors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead sales strategy and execution across APAC.
  • Build, coach and manage a high-performing, quota-bearing sales team.
  • Develop strong relationships with C-level executives at banks, insurers and financial institutions.
  • Negotiate and close multi-year, high-value enterprise deals.
  • Establish and strengthen partner ecosystems to drive joint go-to-market initiatives.
  • Ensure achievement of annual sales targets and consistent over-performance.
  • Oversee sales planning, forecasting, budgeting and resource allocation.
  • Promote a collaborative, innovative and performance-oriented sales culture.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
