ABOUT FUJIN

Fujin Pte Ltd is a leading ducting fabrication and installation firm serving commercial and industrial clients across Southeast Asia. As part of our expansion into the overseas market, we are looking for a capable and experienced Sales Director to lead client development, stakeholder liaison, and project tendering across Chinese-speaking territories.

REQUIREMENTS

Language Full professional fluency in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) – required for reading technical specifications and leading discussions with Chinese clients
Experience Minimum 8 years in B2B or construction sales, with at least 5 years engaging China-based stakeholders
Tendering Exposure Proven track record submitting and winning government or private tenders involving PRC entities
Technical Familiarity with M&E or HVAC systems, ducting specifications, and project lifecycles
Travel Able to travel to China and SEA regions as required, including Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities
Culture & Etiquette Understanding of Chinese business culture, negotiation protocols, and procurement processes

Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute sales strategy for Chinese-speaking markets and clients
  • Manage PRC-related B2B accounts and tenders, especially in mechanical, construction, or public works sectors
  • Interpret and present technical ducting and M&E proposals in Simplified Chinese to clients and project stakeholders
  • Attend meetings, trade events, and presentations conducted exclusively in Mandarin
  • Translate project specs and regulatory requirements between PRC clients and internal operations teams
  • Coordinate submission of tender documents via PRC business portals and Chinese government-linked procurement channels
  • Maintain active relationships with construction firms, industrial developers, and suppliers in China
  • Ensure alignment with PRC standards in fabrication, documentation, and safety compliance
