Sales Director 📍 Hackney, London (minimum 4 days/week in office, 1 day remote) 💰 £Highly competitive base + performance-based bonus + share options About Geomiq Geomiq is a global manufacturing platform connecting businesses with trusted manufacturing partners across CNC machining, sheet metal and additive manufacturing. We combine technology, operational hubs and a global supply network to deliver precision parts at scale. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Sales Director to drive the next phase of revenue acceleration. The Role This is a hands-on, performance-driven sales leadership role. You will own revenue growth, pipeline discipline, sales execution and commercial performance across the business. You will work directly with the CEO and leadership team to: Drive new logo acquisition Increase revenue per customer Improve conversion rates Shorten sales cycles Build a high-performance sales culture This is not a corporate reporting role. This is a build-and-execute role. What You’ll Own Revenue growth across key verticals Sales pipeline management and forecasting Conversion performance from RFQ to order Sales process design and improvement Sales team structure, hiring and coaching Commercial strategy for enterprise accounts CRM discipline and reporting Collaboration with Supply and Operations to ensure strong delivery You will be accountable for clear revenue targets and measurable performance improvements. What We’re Looking For You are: A commercially driven sales leader Comfortable owning a number Experienced in B2B technical or industrial sales Strong in pipeline management and forecasting Data-driven and disciplined Comfortable operating in a scale-up environment Hands-on - you will close deals as well as lead You have likely: Led sales in a £10–50m B2B business Built or scaled a sales team Sold into engineering, manufacturing, industrial or technical buyers Improved win rates and shortened sales cycles Worked closely with operations or production teams What This Role Is Not It is not a corporate VP title with no execution It is not a pure account management role It is not a passive leadership position We are looking for someone who wants to win.
