Generation Robots, a SME based in France, is a company, operating in the highly innovative and dynamic world of robotics. In 2018 Generation Robots created a fast growing subsidiary in Germany. We are looking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic Sales Manager specifically responsible for developing the German market, based on the strategic model set up in France. The position is based in Berlin, Germany.
Directly attached to the Country Director Germany, the Sales Manager will integrate the team and be specifically responsible to develop existing and new customers for the German and Austrian markets.

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Generation Robots is an ambitious and dynamic company. Like the company, the recruited person will have to show a very strong dynamism and like to overcome challenges. You will be able to autonomously work in a small team, be a charismatic sales person and prove serious and rigorous management and a continuous focus on sales abilities. The sales manager will be fluent in German and English. French will be a plus, as the mother company is French.
The sales manager will have to be mobile (regular travel on German territory and attendance at international exhibitions plus some travels at the headquarter in France), curious, eager to build a long-term business relationship with his customers and demonstrate an interest in new technologies and Innovation in the broadest sense. He will, if possible, demonstrate his know-how through a similar experience in the commercialization of technological products, ideally for the world of research and / or teaching.
