Key Responsibilities: - Manage the Sales and Catering Department, ensuring team member productivity and effective training. - Oversee the achievement of overall Transient, Group, and Catering budgets. - Develop team members through goal planning and training initiatives. - Conduct daily and weekly meetings to review team performance and strategies. - Communicate effectively with the Sales and Catering team through organized meetings and written materials. - Collaborate closely with the General Manager to forecast and budget effectively. - Maintain established customer relationships while actively generating new business relationships.
