MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • 7+ years in B2B sales, with at least 3 in a Sales Director or VP Sales capacity.
  • Bachelor Degree in related field like Marketing, Communication, and Business.
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding $3M–$10M annual revenue targets.
  • Experience managing high-performance sales teams (3–10 reps).
  • Expertise in consultative selling and complex service-based offerings.
  • Strong command of sales pipeline tools (HubSpot preferred).
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
  • Experience selling to C-level buyers in legal, medical, or marketing services is a plus.
  • Comfortable with in-office presence in Calgary.
Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Sales Director is responsible for driving top-line revenue growth through strategic leadership, performance management, and development of a high-performance sales organization. This role is critical to achieving the company’s revenue targets across both Canadian and U.S. markets, and will report directly to the CEO.
The right candidate is a builder, closer, and coach—able to lead sales strategy, train and hold a team accountable, and operate with high standards of execution and discipline.
