SALES DIRECTOR – HOME RENEWABLES | SOLAR PANELS, INFRARED HEATING SYSTEMS, EV CHARGERS | CORK, IRELAND

Location: Cork, Ireland (50% office-based, 50% with customers)
Salary: €80,000 – €120,000 base + 25% Bonus + Company Car
Team: Managing a sales team of 6 people, covering all counties in Ireland

We’re looking for an experienced Sales Director to drive our solar panel, infrared heating systems and EV charger sales while leading and developing a high-performing team across Ireland.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading, developing, and expanding our sales team. You will set sales strategies, build relationships with key stakeholders, and drive revenue growth in the rapidly expanding home renewables sector.
This is a hands-on leadership role – you will spend 50% of your time in the office (Cork HQ) and 50% in the field with customers and your team. You’ll be the driving force behind business growth, team development, and market leadership in Ireland.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

✅ Sales Leadership: Manage, mentor, and grow a sales team of 6 people covering all counties in Ireland.
✅ Business Development: Identify new opportunities, build partnerships, and expand market presence.
✅ Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a sales strategy for all home renewables.
✅ Performance Management: Set sales targets, track performance, and optimize team efficiency.
✅ Customer & Partner Engagement: Work closely with homeowners, businesses, and industry partners.
✅ Market Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
✅ Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and technical teams.
