PRIMARY FUNCTION

The Director of Sales will be responsible for overseeing the entire sales function, developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, and driving revenue growth for the company. This leadership role requires a dynamic and results-oriented professional with a proven track record of high-performing sales, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the company’s overall success.

QUALIFICATIONS, LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION

  • At least 3 years of experience in pharmacy sales or business development.
  • 340B Contract Pharmacy Sales Experience is a requirement.(but will consider equivalent experience)
  • Knowledge of specialty pharmacy, healthcare reimbursement, managed healthcare, and consumer marketing.
  • Working knowledge of pharmacy and healthcare regulatory approval process.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented team culture.
  • A strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for driving business success.
