Description

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in economic, business management, law, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of global sales experience
  • Experience in system solutions sales and working with government agencies.
  • Developed trust-based relationships with key stakeholders in government agencies and relevant partners.
  • Deep understanding of digital technologies (AI, IoT, cloud, data analytics)
  • Strong analytical skills, computer, and the ability to work autonomously in a multicultural environment
  • Demonstrated commitment to organizational values, along with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • An interest in developing skills in overall company management for future growth within the company is preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee and drive revenue growth for the key business areas: integrated system solutions (lockers, Kiosk, Biometric authentication system, and related offerings) and product sales.
  • Set revenue goals for the department and ensure profitability. Drive cost optimization and improve return on investment.
  • Lead all aspects of the business division, from strategic sales planning and pipeline development to team management, budget control, and performance optimization.
  • Lead proposal activities, bid management, and contract negotiations to secure government projects.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across various sectors, including government agencies in Singapore, proactively identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
  • Foster close collaboration with company’s global entities (including those in Japan and the US), maximizing synergies to drive overall company growth.
  • Provide ongoing mentorship, guidance, and performance evaluations for team members.
