Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and market share growth.
  • Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients, investors, and key stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities.
  • Oversee day-to-day sales operations, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals.
  • Set individual and team KPIs, track performance, and implement improvement plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional campaigns and sales tools.
  • Ensure full compliance with real estate regulations, RERA policies, and internal procedures.
  • Represent the company at real estate exhibitions, events, and client meetings.
  • Recruit, train, and develop top talent within the sales department.
