RESPONSIBILITIES * Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and growth objectives. * Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to maximize performance and professional development. * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders. * Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. * Prepare and present sales reports to senior management on a regular basis. * Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. REQUIREMENTS * 5 years experience as a Sales Director in a Stellantis dealership, or in a similar senior sales leadership role within the automotive industry. * Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire our 30 man sales team. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. * High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
