Our client is a leading player in the construction industry, offering end-to-end solutions across infrastructure, commercial, and residential projects. With a strong reputation for quality, innovation, and project delivery, our client is now looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Director to lead its sales function and drive growth across key sectors. This individual will be responsible for setting and executing the company’s sales strategy, leading a high-performing sales team, expanding market share, and building strong relationships with clients including developers, contractors, architects, and government stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • At least 10 years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 5 years in a senior sales leadership role within the construction industry.
  • Strong network and understanding of regional construction markets, bidding processes, and procurement cycles.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and scaling sales teams.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.Strategic thinker with a hands-on, results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets across different construction verticals.
  • Lead and manage the sales team, including training, goal setting, performance reviews, and pipeline management.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in public and private sector construction projects.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and project teams to ensure seamless client experience and execution.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Prepare forecasts, budgets, and sales reports for senior leadership.Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and key account meetings.
