We work with builders, architects, and homeowners who demand style, quality, and performance. Our showroom at 850 Industrial Ave showcases our product line and sets the stage for strong growth.
We are now seeking an ambitious Sales Director to build and lead our sales team, drive expansion in the Ottawa region and beyond, and represent Kazoo Homes at key industry events and roadshows.

Responsibilities

As the Sales Director, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing a sales growth strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Hiring, training, and leading a team of motivated sales representatives.
  • Setting clear sales targets and KPIs for the team.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with builders, contractors, and architects.
  • Hosting and leading roadshows, builder events, and showroom presentations to showcase our premium products.
  • Ensuring all transactions meet the company’s minimum pricing requirements.
  • Driving the sales team to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Designing, managing, and overseeing the Sales Incentive Plan (SIP), with full authority over:
  • A minimum of 20% of overall sales revenue that you control.
  • The discretion to keep it, distribute it to sales reps, or allocate it to the pooled incentive plan (SIP).
  • Setting individual sales rep commission percentages and incentives.
