REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree holder in Sales & Marketing/Business or related fields
  • At least 15 years in a commercial, business or sales & marketing role in the Manufacturing and Sales of Welding industry
  • Possess wide product knowledge in Welding Consumable
  • Possess basic knowledge in Accounting and Finance
  • Handle flexible hours and willing to travel within Asia Pacific region within short notice
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation in English and Japanese for internal/external communciation
  • Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to manage workplace diversity
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans / sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products.
  • Develop and recommend product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share.
  • Achieve satisfactory profit/loss ratio and market share in relation to preset standards and industry and economic trends.
  • Ensure effective control of marketing result, and take measure to confirm that achievement of marketing objectives not exceeding designated budgets.
  • Oversee and evaluate market research and adjust marketing strategy to meet unprecedented market disruption and fierce competition.
  • Prepare periodic sales report showing sales volume, sales forecast and areas of proposed client base expansion.
  • Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly.
  • Represent company at trade events to maintain business relationship with customers, at the same time seeking for new business opportunities.
  • Support the sales team with the objectives to ensure customer’s satisfaction and customer’s financial status
  • Comply with all the Sales Processes including but not limited to the Sales Agreement, Credit Term & Procedure as prescribed by company’s policies.
  • Analyzing company processes and procedures and developing process enhancement strategies. Reviewing operations and reporting any issues to Managing Director.
  • Any other official duties assigned.
