Sales Director – Real Estate
About Us:
We are a leading real estate brokerage and investment firm specializing in premium properties and innovative real estate solutions. To support our rapid growth, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to lead our sales operations and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and market expansion.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team, ensuring high performance and productivity.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, investors, and partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive activities.
  • Oversee property sales transactions, negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Set sales targets, monitor KPIs, and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize lead generation and customer experience.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree .
  • Proven experience as a Sales Director / Head of Sales in the real estate industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of property markets, investment strategies, and brokerage practices.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
