JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Director to lead the luxury real estate sales division. The role involves driving sales strategies, managing high-performing teams, and building strong relationships with UHNW/HNW clients, brokers, and international partners to achieve ambitious sales targets for luxury projects.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 8+ years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role within luxury real estate.
  • Strong network of HNWIs, UHNWIs, and global real estate brokers.
  • Proven track record of achieving high-value sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of the Dubai luxury property market.
