We lookout for a strategic and experienced Sales Director to spearhead our sales initiatives and drive revenue growth within the logistics technology sector. In this influential role, you will oversee the entire sales department, define sales strategies, and manage key client relationships while collaborating closely with other departments to ensure cohesive business operations. Role Overview: The Sales Director is responsible for developing and executing the company’s sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand market presence within the technology solutions sector. This role leads, coaches, and motivates the sales team, manages the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, and builds strategic relationships with key clients. Ensures alignment with marketing, product, and operations teams, drives CRM adoption, monitors performance metrics, provides accurate forecasting, and represents Madar in high-level client meetings, negotiations, and industry events. Key Responsibility: Develop and implement the company’s sales strategy aligned with overall business objectives. Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to consistently meet and exceed targets. Identify new market opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and expand the customer base. Oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Monitor key sales metrics and prepare accurate forecasting and performance reports for management. Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to ensure alignment and optimize go-to-market activities. Drive CRM adoption and ensure accurate pipeline and client data management. Represent the company in key client meetings, negotiations, and industry events. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus). Preferred Professional Certifications: CPSL, CSE, CSP, Sandler Sales, SAMA, Salesforce, SPIN Selling, Miller Heiman Strategic Selling. Experience 10+ years of sales experience in a managerial capacity in technology (SAS), or related industries. Background in sales strategy development, team leadership, and revenue forecasting. A proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets. Analytical skills. Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
