POSITION : Filtration Sales Director, HVAC/ APC
LOCATION: Remote.
Currently we have a need for a Filtration Sales Director for our HVAC/APC business. The Sales Director will manage and grow, through business development efforts our HVAC/APC business & sales activities of market segment. Act as the voice of the market/or the customer in an assigned, market segment or group of customers.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage and lead a team of sales professionals. Develops and implements strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals through new business development efforts and account management. Fill the sales pipeline with immediate and future opportunities. Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates; forecasts sales activities and assists in setting performance goals accordingly. Directs product simplification and standardization to eliminate unprofitable items from sales line. Managing our global HVAC/APC Accounts and hunting for new business. Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion. Delivers sales presentations to key clients; negotiates and closes deals. Assists in product research and development. Coordinates liaison between sales department and other sales related units within company. Analyzes and controls expenditures to conform to budgetary requirements. Represents company at trade association meetings to promote product. Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition. Additional duties as assigned
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; with 8-10 years sales experience in given market segment or adjacent market segment
REQUIRED SKILLS: Strong commercial acumen with a genuine enthusiasm and commitment to provide an exceptional sales experience for our customers. Driven, self-starter with strong business development/ hunter acumen with the ability to manage. Thrive in a stretching yet supportive environment where responsibility is offered and encouraged. Strong presentation skills as well as excellent analytical skills. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to travel in market territory. Mastery of CRM practices, processes, and tools to drive superior sales performance. .
