Description

Maxipower Security, a leading provider of security services is currently in search of a proactive and driven individual to fill the role of Sales Director. In this position, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and market expansion of our security and FM solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of sales plus ops experience in the security/FM/PM industry, demonstrating qualities such as determination, resilience, and meticulous attention to detail. You must have personal car and be adept at understanding customer needs and proposing tailored solutions accordingly.
As the Sales Director, your primary focus will involve identifying new business opportunities and cultivating strategic partnerships.
You will be pivotal in devising and executing business plans that align with our company objectives and revenue goals within our Manned Guarding and integrated services division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Generating leads and securing appointments
  • Increasing brand visibility through platforms such as LinkedIn
  • Utilizing a cost model system to prepare quotes
  • Managing tender submissions effectively
  • Conducting security surveys and client meetings
  • Delivering compelling presentations to prospective clients
  • Facilitating clear communication with clients and colleagues at all levels
  • Mobilising the new sites including supervising initial recruitment, Risk Assessments and AIs.
  • Developing key accounts to foster long-term client relationships

This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary of £60,000.00 per year (£57000 basic + £3000 Car Allowance ) plus £20000 - £30000 OTE on achieving the monthly targets .
