The Opportunity Our Immigration Law Firm is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead and develop a top-performing sales organization. This role reports directly to the Firm President and oversees a team of Sales Leads, Case Consultants, and Case Analysts across both remote and onsite environments. As Sales Director, you will drive team motivation, accountability, sales performance, and revenue growth while supporting the professional development of your team members. You will partner with Marketing, Legal, Operations, and Leadership teams to improve conversion strategies, client experience, and overall business performance. This role is ideal for a results-driven leader who delivers on KPIs and is passionate about coaching teams to deliver meaningful client impact while achieving ambitious business growth goals. Your Impact Recruit, train, coach, and develop top performers. Drive monthly sales performance and support the firm’s financial growth objectives. Improve lead to client conversion rates through coaching, accountability, and process optimization. Motivate teams through performance management, reporting visibility, and incentive strategies. Partner with Marketing and Operations teams to align campaigns with sales goals and maximize qualified leads. Support consultants in delivering empathetic, client-focused sales experiences. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, workflows, and productivity. Increase adoption and utilization of CRM systems and sales automation tools. Provide coaching, feedback, and ongoing professional development to team members. Model professionalism, accountability, and high performance leadership standards. Collaborate cross-functionally to improve client experience and operational alignment. Other duties as assigned. Core Competencies Leadership & Coaching. Compensation, Benefits & Equal Employment Opportunity The base salary range for this position is $145,000 USD to $170,000 USD annually, plus performance bonuses. Compensation will vary based on legal and work history experience, skills, and other job-related factors. Requirements Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, written and verbal. 2+ years of intake experience (immigration) preferred. 5+ years of sales leadership or sales management experience leading successful teams. Experience managing teams of quota-carrying sales professionals. Strong background leading B2C sales environments. Proven experience in sales leadership, business development, or client intake management. Legal services experience preferred. Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.. Responsibilities
Lead and develop a sales organization to drive revenue growth and improve lead-to-client conversion rates. Manage a team of Sales Leads and Analysts while partnering with Marketing and Operations to optimize business performance.
