JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to join our super sales team. The Sales Director will play a crucial role in driving net new business and expanding our client base within and beyond the Salesforce ecosystem. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, establishing long-lasting customer relationships, and achieving sales quotas for our suite of managed services.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 10 years of experience in selling Salesforce products and solutions. accustomed to carrying and achieving an annual revenue quota
Proven track record of success in sales, with experience selling in one or more industries such as manufacturing, healthcare, or financial services
Established relationships with Salesforce industry leads in mid-market / global accounts
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders
Experience working collaboratively with Salesforce.com sales and delivery teams

Responsibilities

Drive net new business in Salesforce solutions within existing Salesforce Install-base for assigned territory
Acquire net new customers and achieve sales quotas for CRMIT’s Managed Services, including ASVP, CRM, Agentic AI , and integration cloud solutions. (vz, MuleSoft , Tableau, etc.
Create clear account plans to generate long-lasting customer relationships that deliver business results
Develop new business opportunities across all channels, known networks, and Salesforce AE connected opportunities
Collaborate with Salesforce Partner Sales & Account Executives to engage in pre-sales and qualification activities and drive ACV goals
Work with cross-functional teams to lead customer Discovery meetings and participate in estimating projects. Manage successful transition from lead to opportunity to closure
Negotiate Statements of Work (SOW) & MSAs to ensure a competitive advantage is created and maintained
