The Role: - Sales Director (Individual Contributor) responsible for driving enterprise growth across North Asia, with a focus on Hong Kong. - Pure hunting role focused on acquiring new enterprise clients and closing high-value, multi-stakeholder deals. - Operate in a high-autonomy environment, owning the full sales cycle and engaging senior stakeholders across both business and technology functions. Key Responsibilities: - Drive new logo acquisition across financial services clients (banking, insurance, financial institutions). - Identify and originate enterprise opportunities within complex organisations. - Own the full sales lifecycle, including: - Pipeline creation - Stakeholder mapping - Solution positioning - Commercial negotiation and closure - Engage senior stakeholders such as CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Data, and Business Leaders. - Position solutions across areas such as: - Data platforms & analytics - Workflow orchestration & process optimisation - Decisioning & automation layers - Build relationships with system integrators, consulting firms, and technology partners. - Collaborate with internal teams to structure and close complex deals. - Maintain a strong pipeline of strategic opportunities. - Represent the firm in executive-level engagements and industry forums. Requirements: - 10–15+ years of enterprise technology sales experience within financial services. - Proven track record of closing complex, multi-million enterprise deals. - Experience selling one or more of the following: - Enterprise SaaS / platforms - Data or analytics solutions - Workflow / automation tools - Decisioning or AI-driven platforms - Demonstrated success in new logo acquisition and market penetration. - Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders across business and technology. - Experience working with SI partners, consulting firms, and alliances. - Highly self-driven and comfortable in a high-autonomy IC role.
