  • A demonstrated track record of exceeding annual quotas and reaching sales goals.
  • A minimum of 10 years of healthcare related sales experience, conducting full life cycle sales activities from identifying, prospecting, qualifying, pricing, demonstrating value, negotiating, to closing sales opportunities with Commercial, Medicaid and Marketplace Health Plans.
  • Bachelor’s degree in health, business, or public service required.
  • Proven negotiation and closing skills in highly complex sales with a 12-month average sales cycle.
  • Experience handling sophisticated business development meetings with C-Suite level clients.
  • Exemplary interpersonal and relationship building skills, and professional presence to sell to clients at all levels.
  • Strong experience in developing sales strategies and meeting performance metrics.
  • Strong understanding of networking via social media and other channels
  • Strong ability to collaborate and willingness to embrace new challenges in a growing and dynamic environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 30%
Responsibilities

ProgenyHealth is adding a new member to our Sales team. The Sales Director of Strategic Accounts will be a self – starter with a passion for excellence and a proven track record of sales success. This role requires the ability to manage a complex sales cycle involving multiple C-Suite key stakeholders by forming strong and trusted relationships with buyers.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Expand our footprint through a variety of direct and indirect engagement strategies, including direct sales and working with client managers to showcase our solutions.
  • Drive the full life cycle of sales activities from identification of prospects to closing of sale.
  • Develop responses to prospect RFIs and RFPs.
  • Represent ProgenyHealth at industry events and trade shows, and through thought leadership activities, including presentations, as needed.
  • Analyze sales activities. Identify and recommend strategies to improve sales performance and ensure ProgenyHealth remains competitive in the market.
  • Complete regular sales reports, forecasts, and other related communications as requested.
